Items may be returned or exchanged if they have not been worn, washed, or damaged within 14 days of delivery.
How do I exchange an item purchased from the online store?
Items may be exchanged if they have not been worn, washed, or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item, please email posrequest@mauibrewing.com to confirm availability of the item or size that you are exchanging for.
You will need to send the unwanted item to the address below:

Please include a self-addressed and stamped envelope for us to send the exchange item to you. If you do not have another envelope/postage handy, we can invoice you for return postage (priority 3-day). Please also include a note with your order number and what you are exchanging it for. Once we have the original unwanted item, we’ll ship out the preferred item.

Refunds are issued 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item(s) in the mail. Please note that we do not pay any shipping charges related to a standard item return or exchange, or item refunded.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Most orders ship within 2 business days of the order being placed. Orders ship via Ground shipping and usually take 3-5 business days to reach their destination in the continental U.S. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you. Please check your spam if you have not received it!
Island Soda orders ship directly from the brewery via USPS and are usually received within 3-5 business days. Orders containing both Island Soda and other merchandise will be fulfilled in two separate shipments, one with the soda and a second shipment with merchandise items.

Do you ship your Island Soda?
Yes! Our Island Soda is available for online purchase. Sodas ship directly from the brewery and will ship separately from any other online store items.
Do you ship beer?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship alcohol directly to consumers. You can use our Beer Finder to find retailers that sell MBC craft beer near your zip code. If we’re not in your area just yet, you can try our online distributors linked at the bottom of the Beer Finder who may be able to ship directly to you.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Please contact posrequest@mauibrewing.com for orders shipping to Canada. Include in your email the items that you would like to purchase and your shipping address. We will quote the shipping cost for you and if you approve, we will send you a link to complete the order.
What should I do if an item is damaged in shipping?
In the event that your item is damaged in shipping, please email us at posrequest@mauibrewing.com for a replacement with a photo of the damaged item, a photo of the original package with tracking number, and number of items that were damaged in the shipment.
Do you sell online gift cards?
We do not sell gift cards for our online store. If you’re interested in a gift card to our restaurants, you may call the restaurant directly to purchase. Gift cards purchased from MBC Kihei, MBC Kailua, and MBC Waikiki may be used across those three locations. Gift cards purchased from MBC Lahaina may only be used at the Lahaina location.
